Harrow Music Service:

• “Is a good, responsive music service, with some very good features, notably opportunities for the world and popular music and its expanding provision of curriculum support of schools” (Ofsted 2004)
• Teaches the highest percentage of Key Stage 2 pupils in the country
• Provides Instrumental Tuition across the whole range of orchestral, popular and world music instruments and voice to over 5000 pupils on a weekly basis
• Provides curriculum support to schools
• Provides termly concerts for schools
• Provides a wide and varied professional development programme for curriculum music teachers and instrumental staff
• Offers 6 performance festivals annually (with on average 2,000 pupils taking part)
• Is continually expanding its provision for widening access schemes
